What is “Online Training”?
It can be hard for some people to find the time to see a personal trainer at set times each week, so I want to give you the opportunity to train and follow a structured gym program, accessible at a time that suits you, day or night. Using the latest mobile technology, you can download the Alex Valentine Personal Training app to your iPhone or Android device, and access your work outs and training schedule right from your mobile phone in the gym. No need for printing out bits of paper and looking for a pen to write down your training! Simply log on to the app, select your work out routine designed by me, and track it. It’s that simple! Just let me know what level you’re at in fitness and what your ultimate goal is, and you’ll get tailored monthly workouts straight to your phone. And you can add on nutrition support if you need help with your diet to fuel your goals. You can also link up the app to My Fitness Pal to track your macronutrients and calorie intake to ensure you’re eating correctly to achieve your goals. You can also track your weight, body fat, waist, chest and hip measurements to create informative graphs on your progress, and really create that accountability most people need to keep them on track. You can also message me for help and advice on your training, great if you need to change things up or need food advice! All for a low monthly fee.
How much is this going to set me back?
Online training is a really budget friendly option for people with busy lives who have the desire to work towards their fitness goals, and want structure and accountability to help them do that. A fully structured plan for a month is £50, and for an additional £10 you can have a full nutritional booklet and macro count to help you feed your training.
